Faith and Art in Andalusia
1st Day

Arrival at Málaga airport, meet with the coach driver and transfer in private coach to the hotel. Check-in upon arrival, dinner and overnight.

2nd Day

Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning dedicated to the visit (with local guide) of Málaga, whose history borns from the sea, from sailors and merchants that shored there coming from the Eastern Mediterranean. Visit of the historic centre that boasts numerous monuments: the Renaissance Cathedral, the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba (Muslim stronghold) and the Episcopal Palace. Free time to promenade in the Calles (streets) de Granada and Fresca before returning to the hotel. After lunch, departure to Puerto Banus, leisure centre loved by tourists that arrive for the climate, the clean beaches and the local fresh fish and seafood cuisine. Time at disposal at the lovely marina, known for the luxury yachts, restaurants, bars and shops. Transfer to Ronda and accommodation at the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

3rd Day

Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning dedicated to the visit (with local guide) of Ronda, the Ciudad Soñada (dreamed city) of the poet Rilke. Promenade in the historic centre to admire the Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza (oldest bullring in Spain) and the Bullfighting Museum, the Santa Maria La Mayor Church, the St. Sebastian Minarete and the New Bridge (XVIII century). Departure to Seville, surely among the most fascinating cities in Europe, and currently a monumental centre of art and culture, this Andalusian city still preserves intact the magic and charm of the old neighborhood alleys. Accommodation at the hotel and lunch. Afternoon dedicated to the visit (with local guide) of the historic centre: the monumental Plaza de España, the imponent Cathedral and the Giralda Hispalense, the Golden Tower, the Alcazar, the Hospital de la Caridad and the Andalusian Parliament. Return to the hotel.

In the evening, dinner and Flamenco show at a local restaurant.

Return to the hotel and overnight.

4th Day

Breakfast at the hotel.
In the morning, departure (with local guide) on a promenade in the Casco Antiguo (old town). Completion of the tour of Seville with a visit to the Real Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, where the bullfights take place. Lunch in restaurant and time at disposal at the historic centre. Departure at 04:00PM to Cordoba. Accommodation at the hotel, dinner and overnight.

5th Day

Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning dedicated to the visit (with local guide) of the historic centre of Cordoba, ancient moorish metropolis that exudes the discreet charm of its lovely pateos of white walls colored by scented geraniums and jasmine, with fountains, columns and wrought iron gates. Visit of the Mezquita, mosque-cathedral of an exciting beauty, with its illuminated 856 columns of granite and marble, considered to be the most beautiful monument of the Islamic Spain. Return to the hotel and lunch. Time at disposal before departing to Granada. Accommodation at the hotel, dinner and overnight.

6th Day

Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning dedicated to the visit (with local guide) of the historic centre of Granada. The fact that it was the last city to be conquered by the Catholic Kings in 1492, gives it an unmistakable arabic aroma. The handicraft, gastronomy and urbanism are determined by its glorious historical past. Promenade (with local guide) on the old quarter of Albaicin (World Heritage Site under the aegis of UNESCO), where fountains, miradores (viewpoints) and Cármenes (villas surrounded by characteristic small gardens) help create unforgettable corners. Visit of the magnificent Cathedral and the Real Hispalense Chapel. Return to the hotel and lunch. Afternoon dedicated to the visit (with local guide) of the unmatchable architectural complex of Arabic art: the Allambra. The splendid "One Thousand and One Nights" atmosphere palace with its greenest gardens, elegant pools, carved ceilings, tiles of many colors, the perspectives that play with light, shadows and lovely reflections. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

7th Day

Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning at disposal for individual activities. At 12:00AM, transfer to Nerja. Lunch in restaurant and free time to visit the caves or for a stroll along the sea. Continuation to Malaga and accommodation at the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

8th Day

Breakfast at the hotel.
In due time, transfer to Málaga airport. Departure.
